The process:

1. Contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the "contact us" page of this website.

2. We will take your details and a copy of your DSA2 letter (SFE will have emailed this to you - we will be listed under the Non-Medical Helper's Allowance section). 

3. After we know your preferences, we will assign a tutor or mentor to you who will be in touch to finalise the details of your regular meetings.

4. Send us regular feedback so we can ensure we are providing the best quality support there is.
